BIRTHDAY CELEBRATION: A celebration was held in honour of his Lordship Bishop Daniel Mullins who marked his 80th birthday last weekend. His Lordship Bishop Mullins thanked all the parishioners of Our Lady and St Cadoc, Kidwelly and Our Lady Star of the Sea, Burry Port, for their friendship and support over the years he has resided in our Parish and spoke movingly of his early childhood in Ireland and his own vocation to the priesthood.
Very many thanks to all who came on this special day. Also a special thank you to Netta and Mark for all the arrangements and to everyone who so generously contributed to the occasion and Philip who provided the music. A very enjoyable evening was had by all.
The whole parish thanks His Lordship Bishop Mullins for his ministry and his continued support to our spiritual life.
